I like encouragement. Don't get me wrong...I do. But when you want a single venti non-fat 1 extra pump of vanilla upside down caramel macchiatto, there isn't ANY encouragement that's gonna take that craving away...Sorry but an apple does NOT taste like a chocolate muffin.

try some strong earl grey tea with lots of sugar and a dash of milk. way better than starbucks frappalocamacci-whatevers. There's nothing that can substitute a chocolate muffin--other than of course chocolate cake or nutella--but nothing that's better for you.

If it helps any, I quit crack(I mean coffee) two weeks ago and I'm having a hard time too. I'm trying to be healthier before I turn 30 next month.

yay!! I stopped eating 3 hours before bed time in an effort to understand more fully what a waistline used to be like.. Last night was my first night of this..AWFUL. AWFUL. The world is awful!! Now I have someone to commiserate with :-) :-( grrrrr.
